One contains the 2025 varietal mix of dried cherry tomatoes.

One contains sliced Orange Valencia heirloom tomatoes.

The last contains a with a mix of heirloom plum tomatoes.

They are carefully packed and can be enjoyed as art on the shelf before consuming.

They can be eaten straight from the jar as a snack. One customer raves about rehydrating the cherries with a bit of hot water, adding oregano, salt and olive oil for a bagel garnish (see photo). We add them to mac and cheese, soups, cheese boards and leave them on the table for walk by treats.

The 2025 tomato crop was abundant and we got busy! There is a lot of planting harvesting ,slicing and preparation in each jar. We are pleased to have these to share.
