Each jar contains a mix of hot peppers picked and dried during the sunny days of September. These peppers will warm you from the inside out.

Packed in an 8 oz glass jar, these pepper pieces can be crushed in a mortar and pestle, ground in a spice grinder or added to stews whole.

Varieties this year include paper lantern, matchbox, cayenne and Ho Chi Minh.
